To rent a private island from our collection exclusively we offer you two possibilities:

Alternatively, we will be happy to assist you in finding the right location for your Island Getaway according to your criteria. Simply send us an inquiry stating your wishes regarding the location, your preferred travel date, the number of people / rooms and further details. One of our experts will then contact you to find the ideal private island for you.

Chartering a yacht or a cruise ship is for sure not the best choice for a low budget event, but depending on what kind of standard you expect, it could be less expensive than you might imagine. The main factor is how flexible you are in terms of dates, lengths of the charter, and especially where the cruise should start from. For example it becomes extremely expensive if an empty cruise ship needs to be relocated to the port of your choice.

So the price of a charter depends on the factors mentioned above, and of course also if a 3* or a 5* luxury service is expected on board.
There is no catalogue for cruise charters as every request is different and needs to be evaluated.

First of all it all depends on how long in advance the request comes in as the private rental needs to fit into the general booking calendar of the island resort. This is where we can help you with our experience in buyout bookings and revenue management.

Basically, what applies to most of the resorts in our collection is that the longer the exclusive rental, the easier it is to book and the better the conditions are. That is because before and after a buyout the occupation rate is usually getting comparatively low so the resort will only accept the booking if it generates at least as much revenue as the regular bookings expected for the same period.

Bookings below 3 nights are therefore a bit more challenging whereas long-term rentals are generally quite popular among hoteliers. But even one night of a private island rental is possible as long as the client accepts to pay for the loss on revenue the resort faces in consequence.

Indeed this can be challenging with some remote islands, but it can also be very easy with islands that are just a short boat ride away from an international airport. This is where we can advise you depending on whether you prefer a remote island getaway for a longer period or if you plan an event where easy access plays an important role.

Many clients prefer to be far away from civilization and at the same time close to an international hub. Now, that seem like a contradiction in itself but we do have some island resorts providing quite a good compromise on this.
