On request, we are also happy to act as your personal travel concierge for organizational matters such as booking flights and transfers that take you and your guests to your retreat, or implementing your wishes directly onsite.
To rent a private luxury retreat exclusively we offer you two possibilities:
You can send us a direct booking request for any of the finest luxury resorts in our RENT-A-RESORT LUXE COLLECTION if you think to have found the right property well adapted to your needs and/or to your event.
Alternatively, our expert will be happy to assist you in finding the right luxury retreat according to your criteria. It’s important to mention that we work with almost all hotels & resorts that are theoretically available for buyouts. Simply send us an inquiry stating your wishes regarding the location, your preferred travel date, the number of people and rooms, and further details. We will then present the best possible property to you.
The difference is the nature of the properties represented in the COLLECTION. You can find all resorts in the basic COLLECTION but only the finest and most distiguished luxury hotels & resorts are accepted in the RENT-A-RESORT LUXE COLLECTION.

Another difference is that the LUXE COLLECTION is more focused on private clients for private events whereas most of our general clients are mainly corporates looking for company events.
