You privatize your exclusive wedding venue and and make it exactly the way you want it to be. You set the schedule; you choose the menu and the entertainment and the decoration. No compromises as it is YOUR WEDDING!
We recommend you rent an entire all-inclusive wedding resort which gives you full cost transparency as you know in advance how much exactly the full buyout will cost you. Or if you prefer a small wedding at a lower budget, we can help you with a chic boutique hotel close to the beach. Or why not in the mountains? We provide resort buyouts for all tastes! And it does not even have to be the typical wedding resort advertised as such as we are able to transform almost any of our partner resorts into a wedding resort! The concept is the same as for our business clientele, yet we are fully aware that a wedding is more personal and intimate and that the budget might be an even bigger issue. We are well-prepared and at your service to make sure you will get the best deal!
Keep in mind that our service is free of charge to you as the hotels & resorts grant us special agency rates. This means that by booking through us you will pay the same rate as if you searched yourself and contacted the venues directly. As a reliable partner we not only support our clients in finding the perfect location for their dream wedding, but also find the best price conditions to make sure you get the best value for money!
On request, we are also happy to take care of organizational matters such as booking flights and transfers to take your guests to the wedding location, or implementing your wishes directly on site.
To rent a wedding resort with RENT-A-RESORT exclusively there are two possibilities:
You can send us a direct booking request for each of the wedding resorts in our collection if you already found there what you need.
Alternatively, we will be happy to assist you in finding the right location for your destination wedding according to your criteria. Simply send us an inquiry letting us know your wishes regarding the location, your preferred travel date, the number of people / rooms and other details. Afterwards one of our experts will contact you to find the ideal wedding resort according to your wishes.
It all depends on how extensive you plan your wedding event to be.
We recommend not to request a resort through a wedding planner in the first place as most resorts would assign special wedding packages and a separate salesperson which usually results in higher prices. RENT-A-RESORT will not make a difference between a wedding or any other event which means we deliver a resort just for you and your wedding. And then you decide about your dream wedding.
In the next step RENT-A-RESORT will deal with the hotel and provide you with the best wedding & event packages the resort can offer. Of course it might make sense to work with a wedding planner, either one assigned by the hotel or an external wedding planner we will help you find, and who will take care of anything the hotel might not be able to deal with. For a wedding ceremony a wedding planner will for sure be helpful, but many of our clients get officially married at home and use the Destination Wedding Resort more as some kind of “After Party Location”.

For the planning of your wedding we will make sure you get the best possible support by specialists who, depending on the destination, we either have worked with before or have been recommended by our hotel partner. For example transport specialists who get your guests to the destination, or event specialists on site who know the destination best and how to handle a local wedding, and many others.
To achieve the highest quality for an event we need to make sure there is an expert for every piece of the puzzle. Our piece is the resort, and the other pieces we will make sure you get them delivered. So in the end your dream wedding will be an unforgettable event!
Our experience shows that access to the wedding location is a key element in the decision process. The first thing we recommend you do is make a list of where your guests will come from and if they can realistically get there without spending hours on changing flights or on transfers by bus or boat.
Indeed it can also be very charming to rent a remote wedding retreat far away from the masses. And to make that happen we also work with Private Charter partners who can fly your guests almost anywhere in the world!
