Accessibility – Distance airport(s): Max. 1 hour from any airport and/or an international hub.
Availability for buyouts: Available min. 2 dates during shoulder season = minimum requirement! Available min. 2 dates during “lower” high season.
Food services: Minimum one seat per room in one single restaurant. Availability of additional banquet space for at least as many persons as rooms.
Event services: Indoor event space for at least as many persons as rooms (standing). Second event space (e.g. beach, pool, etc.) for at least as many persons as rooms (standing).
Conference services: Plenary for at least as many persons as rooms (theatre style). Break-out rooms in total for at least as many persons as rooms.
